Project analysis
We study production needs together with the client. Technicians and sales engineers evaluate every possible solution until reaching the most viable and suitable one.

Mechanical design
3D engineering and design with Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Catia. Every project has a manager who coordinates all phases and acts as a single point of contact with the client.

Electrical engineering
Selection of connection elements, safety devices, beacons, signalling and interfaces. Complete assembly of the electrical cabinets.

PLC & robot programming
Process automation, machine interconnection, integration of Fanuc, Stäubli and ABB robots, cameras and code readers.

Machinery manufacturing
In-house workshop with a wide range of machine tools and complete boilermaking, allowing us to stay agile and competitive.

Integration of our own technologies
Special tooling, palletizing systems and automation developed internally and improved with every new challenge.

Installation assembly
An experienced assembly team: the final product is the result of teamwork with the best assembly techniques.

CE marking
Conformity assessment, technical file and CE declaration: all our machines comply with European safety and design regulations.

Commissioning
Careful adjustment of every parameter using the client's real parts, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Client validation
Continuous contact throughout the project. The client visits our facilities at will and carries out the final acceptance, verifying the specifications.

Installation at the client's plant
Packaging, transport and on-site assembly, national or international. Final adjustments in production.

Training
Training for plant operators on the machine and the operator panel, leaving the installation fully operational.

After-sales service
On-site technical support or remote connection to the client's machine and PC. In-house spare-parts department with components and tooling.
